A 24-hour answering service is available for clients and temporaries as a nonstop communications feature. This keeps us informed of the status of your account and gives you extended coverage for the last minute or additional temporary help.
Custom Staffing Guarantee
Our GUARANTEE backs our service. You must be satisfied with the performance of every temporary employee. Notify our office within the first 4 hours and we will cancel the charges for that employee and replace him/her.
Temporary Usage Report
Custom Staffing will provide, at your discretion, a report that includes the following:
- Regular hours worked
- Overtime hours worked
- Regular costs
- Overtime costs
- Number of employees worked per month
*Depending on your needs, we can provide this weekly, monthly, semiannually, or annually.
Insurance Coverage
Custom Staffing Service provides General & Excess Liability coverage. We cover each employee under the Employee Dishonesty Bond and carry complete Worker's Compensation coverage (as required by the state).
We offer an array of services to assist your company in today's workplace.
- Check-in calls verifying the arrival of all Custom Staffing temporaries.
- Replacements if an employee is unable to make it to work.
- Quality control of all temporaries assigned to your company.
- Weekly progress calls.
- Verification of time worked via time cards.
Safety Equipment
Custom Staffing Service has safety equipment (safety glasses, back braces, respirators, etc.) on hand for our employees.
Our employees can purchase any safety equipment required by your company.
