Listed below are the steps that shall be taken when selecting an applicant for employment with Custom Staffing Services.

  • Each applicant is given an in-depth personal interview to determine skills, attitude, employment history, employment gaps, expectations, availability, and reliability.

  • Each applicant undergoes a series of pre-employment tests to ascertain his/her skill level.

  • No applicant is considered for a work assignment until a satisfactory reference check is complete. We inquire about attendance, punctuality, job performance, reliability, and validity of skills.

  • Each applicant views a videotape of Safety in the Workplace and is instructed on Safety Rules and Regulations.

  • Each applicant is required to fill out a Custom Staffing application along with required I-9 form and fax forms.
